Today I thought I would share one of my favorite fall soup recipes. It's full of Vitamin A, potassium and magnesium, making it an amazing super food that can go with anything!

My favorite ways to eat sweet potatoes are this soup, chopping and air frying in thin strips and serving it in a Buddha bowl (quinoa, sweet potato, over easy eggs, avocado, feta and mixed greens), sweet potato nachos and buffalo chicken sweet potato boats!
