We spent a few days in Glacier National Park pouring coffee for the Protect Our Winters Leadership Summit. The POW team brought the inspiration, the park brought the grandeur, and we were stoked to do what we do: make good drinks for rad people.
In this episode of Coffee Talk, Ian is tasting our Limited Edition Colombia from Finca Las Nubes in the Huila region. Pink Bourbon variety, washed process, 200 hour anaerobic fermentation. Sweet white grape aromas, cola, mild citrus and warming spice. Best experienced on a pour over.
Only 48 bags on this one. Presale is live now.
We love a busy cafe as much as anyone... but some days a pour over and quiet morning alone is just what’s needed.
Proud to hook up the coffee for the Friday cafe ride. Live supporting this crew!

In honor of the DOMA Coffee moms, and all the other mothers out there, we wanted to show we’ve been paying attention all these years. Thanks for all these nuggets of wisdom. And thanks for taking all those pictures. And for letting us get the flat top haircut in 5th grade. For making those buttered tortillas for our after-school snacks. For watching our kids so we could keep our sanity. Thanks for showing us how to juggle so many important things with style and class and for occasionally letting us win at Spot It. Happy Mother’s Day.

Thirty-five women, two wheels, and a whole lot of miles in St. George, UT. We were there to supply the coffee and capture some of it on camera. A longer film is coming later this month, but we couldn’t wait to share a little of what we saw.
La Bicicletta supports cycling and teams like this one. Have a great season, Asiina!

In this episode of Coffee Talk, Ian is tasting our Limited Edition Zambia Natural from the Kateshi Estate in northern Zambia.
It’s a natural process with an extended anaerobic fermentation. Juicy and bright with tamarind and dried berry, finishing warm and spiced with a little malt sweetness underneath. It’s a complex one.
Presale on this small batch is live now, so grab it early. Roasting and shipping Monday the 4th. Online and in person until it’s gone.
