GreyBeard Steel LLC is currently working on two new projects located at SR-41 and Poleline Avenue, soon to be the North Point Plaza. Young Construction Group broke ground for a Grocery Outlet Store and a 7-Eleven Store with 5 fuel islands in March.
GBS is fabricating all the structural steel including canopy framing and decking, trash enclosures gates and loading dock guard rails for the 16,000 sq. ft. Grocery Outlet Store. GBS is also fabricating 26 tons of structural steel for the 5,000 sq. ft. 7-Eleven Store. Construction is expected to be completed by year-end.
