To My Dear Chiropractic Community & Patients,

After 15 years of providing chiropractic care, I have decided it is time for me to take a break from practice. On January 31st, 2024, I will be closing Lula Health Center. I want to thank each and every one of you for your business and for trusting me with your care.

Additionally, I am pleased to announce that Kristi Carlough of Somaflow Massage is going to be taking over my current space. She plans to re-brand it as a somatic healing center. Kristi has worked with me for several years. I wholeheartedly believe in her vision and drive to continue to foster a sense of healing and community support. Keep an eye out for more to come on this exciting transition.

It has been a pleasure to work with each of you. I do not plan to be out of the natural
healthcare field forever. I have a few ideas brewing! But, for now, I’m going to take some time to focus on my family and do some healing of my own.

Dr. Louise is sporting the Serola Sacroiliac Brace at work this week after overdoing moving boxes last weekend. (Even Chiropractors push their bodies too hard sometimes. 😉)

We looove this brace so much for when your hips feel unstable or sore. It’s just the extra support your SI joints and pelvis need. With this on, she can do her very physical job pain free & without risk of further injury. Woot! 🤸‍♂️

Screens, screens, everywhere the screens. Kids are on screens more than ever these days- for school, for downtime, even for playdates! I get it, mine are too. 👩🏽‍💻 🧑‍💻 👨🏽‍💻

Hours spent hunched over these devices can take a toll on a developing spine. Try this simple trick- put a pillow under the device to elevate it closer to eye level + place another pillow behind their backs to restore the natural curve to their lumbar spine. 🦴

Dr. Louise received her first dose of the COVID vaccine today. What a relief to see some light at the end of this never ending tunnel. ⛅️ It feels good to add this layer of protection for our patients & co-workers at Lula. ❤️ Extra shout out to Ms. Dolly Parton for contributing to the Moderna vaccine she received. 🙌🏼
