We’ve had lots of visitors the last few weeks, no doubt because the weather has been so beautiful and people are out in the neighborhood again. Apparently people have been doing some spring cleaning, too…there’s an abundance of fresh new titles to peruse! 😆

October 5-11th is Banned Books Week. We encourage you to read a banned book today or any day! Right now, we've got a perennial classic of banned books, Diary of a Young Girl by Anne Frank, available for anyone who is interested! Anne would also be happy to be joined by any of these titles, or of the many other books that have been challenged around the US.

It was back to school week around here! We’ve been moving a lot of kids’ books lately so I grabbed some titles today from the Milwaukie Sustainability Fair and Friends of Ledding Library to restock. We aim to stock a lot of dog-themed titles so if you have some, bring them by!
