Excited to report the 14 house is performing very well in the heat wave! Despite the amount of South facing glass, the 'frame' shades the glass all day and the ICF walls and green roof are helping keep things cool. Cool!

Happy Earth Day!! Here are 5 easy things you can do for our planet:
1. unplug your toaster, coffee maker, microwave, blender, etc.
2. don't buy anything containing plastic wrapping
3. eat only locally produced fresh food
4. drink only locally produced drinks - no soda!
5. park the car - walk to work, to school, to lunch
