Italian Focaccia is one of his most requested and praised breads - light and airy with a sprinkling of fresh Rosemary and sea salt. Artisan loaves with a delicious flavorful dough and a crust that you will never cut off!

We’ve been feeling a Summer focaccia bake might be needed, especially as it won’t be quite so hot in the kitchen this weekend.
Comment below if you’d like to order for this Saturday, August 16th and how many loaves you’d like.
Pick up will be in the afternoon and I will text individuals when their loaf is out of the oven.

A fun little focaccia project coming up with a trial run this evening (with our favorite Summer topping…. cherry tomatoes and basil).
A request for 12 individual focaccias for a baby
shower for guests to decorate. We’ll be providing the focaccia dough in 8x8” aluminum trays with lids. It rises in the tray and can be decorated and then baked at the party. 🎉

Delighted to be asked for the 5th year running to bake focaccias for the Archdiocese of Portland annual dinner held before the Chrism Mass today.
