Local juniors and seniors! Here is a great opportunity to intern at the Happy Valley library!
💥Fun fact: I taught 6th grade on the library’s 2nd floor back when you were still a twinkle in your parents’ eyes 😁)

This internship invites a student to discover what they’re interested in within the Library, assist with school year programming, and work with community partners in and outside of the library. The ideal candidate will have great interpersonal skills, be flexible and customer service focused, have an interest in diverse populations, be interested in working in libraries and a sense of humor. To be considered you must be a High School Junior or Senior at time of application.

Students can pay community college tuition and live in a university dorm! The Dual Partnership with OSU/Linn-Benton allows students to start their four-year college experience while paying lower tuition. (And bonus, students may also qualify for the Oregon Promise Grant for comm college tuition!)

Oregon State and Linn-Benton Dual Partnership Program — College In View For students who are ready for a 4 year experience, but parents aren’t ready for the hefty tuition fees…..
