Join the Momentum Team! Application for the 2026 Summer Associate Program is open!

Momentum’s Summer Associate Program provides entry-level experience for individuals interested in conservation and/or nonprofits. Past Summer Associates have supported our operations, external communications, relationship-building, fundraising, and programming in many different ways. We believe in working together to co-create positions that are tailored to the individual goals of each associate.

Momentum supports learning and skill-building for Summer Associates and seeks opportunities for them to advance their professional development. We see our Summer Associate program as a pathway to welcoming new and different voices to the conservation sector. As such, Momentum is open to hiring individuals with no prior conservation experience. For us, investing in the future of conserved lands always means investing in people.
