Wouldn’t be a proper training with me if I didn’t adorn my office with 🌸 So looking forward to 16 hours of teaching, getting to know my students, and diving deep into meditation, breath work, relaxation with a sprinkle of Ayurveda and intuition.

When I’m not working, I love to explore the nooks of Maine. I’ve been a member of for many years now and this time of year everything is getting ready to bloom. I love to spend some time walking the trails, then head downtown for more walking, water time, snacks and shopping. This time we stopped at on our way back home since the line wasn’t too long! 🦞

This trend was made for me.

There’s a tendency to push through because what’s familiar is more comfortable than the unknown, until it isn’t.

For me, learning to begin again changed my life so much so I tatooed it on my body.
