Moby has had some health problems lately, he’s around 15 years old and we’ve made so many memories. I’m writing this song for him, lovely morning on the porch…

Always something! But excited for these floors to be revived! I’m still working on music over here, and it will be worth the wait I promise. This is the best work of my life so far. The EP is called Beyond the Bloom - four of the best songs I’ve ever written.

Might still end up in studio again, but love exploring my vocal parts alone at home. Glad it came to this, this home deserves an abundance of loving care. Will show you the finished floors soon!

This song, Counting on You is coming out on my new EP. It’s about the yearning for someone to trust and count on, even when you don’t know what it feels like to trust anyone other than yourself. - “Even deserts hope for spring”.

I’ve spent a lot of this life looking for love in all the wrong places. But that veil has finally started to lift. I’m surrounded by love now, and I’m allowing myself to trust it more. If you’re still stuck there, I promise you it can change. It ain’t no 12 steps, probably more like 1000’s of small shifts, but I know it starts with a softening. It starts with doing the opposite of what all the hurt has trained you to do. It can’t happen while rigid and protective. That’s what I’ve been up to the last year and a bit. Learning to soften up, enjoy my life, release what came before. NBD! 😆🫠🌱

“Extraordinary love” sometimes feels like a corny phrase. But I know I’m not the only one who has had to dig heroically deep to self-generate the love they needed, without a blueprint for what healthy love is. If you’re someone who has had to do that, and came out the other side still with us, then you know finding that extraordinary power is the most punk-rock s**t there is. 🤘🤘✨
