Portland Folks! Our dear friends from will be moving on to their next chapters, so this space will need some fresh faces.
Available starting in July. A smidge under 1000sf not including the shared areas. This studio space could also be used as retail, though no restaurant use.
We are looking for creative types who more than anything are fun and friendly.
Rent is dependent on use and number of tenants. Give me a holler for details!
