Late 60’s Hagstrom HIIB (H2B) Bass Made from 1965 through to 1969. 30 / 31" short/medium scale. Hagstrom claimed they had “The world's fastest neck” (AKA the Kings Neck) As they were very slim and easy to play. With their slimness came the fear of warpage and it is rumored Saab helped in their development of a truss rod referred to as the H-profile "expander" truss rod. Birch Body, Maple Neck, Rosewood fingerboard, 21 Slim Frets, 2 Single coil Pickups, Master Volume, On Off Switch for each PU as well as a master ON/OFF Switch, Tone and Mute Switch (reduces output)
