Course description: Emotions are important allies in helping people navigate through life. While most people see emotions as the problem, they are trying to control via coping mechanisms, the truth is that emotions are often a genius response to the problems they face, pointing them in the direction of the exact solution required. This presentation will provide a map for learning to collaborate with panic in order to help a person move in the direction of their valued goals.

Course Learning Objectives:

1. identify the gifts of panic;
2. utilize specific questions posed by panic to help clients move energy in the direction of their valued goals; and
3. recognize the role of panic in its expressed, repressed, and channeled forms
