Bright flavors, fresh seafood and bold little kicks of heat. From Dungeness crab fried rice with lemongrass + lime to cucumbers slathered in scallion cilantro dressing and fresh rolls layered with citrus-cured salmon, avocado, striped bass, and all the good stuff... this menu is feeling extra in just the right way. 🍣🌶️🥢

Chef U’ilaniku’ulei Vele is currently featuring a rotating Fish of the Month with seasonal halibut, ramps, and a clean yuzu dashi — inspired by the flavors of the Pacific Northwest and the ingredients available right now.

We’re proud to source our halibut through Cascade Organic, a purveyor deeply connected to sustainability, environmental stewardship, and generations of Oregon knowledge and tradition.
