Patchmarks is another amazing tenant at NW Flex space. Patchmarks is a custom merch design house that builds products and offers e-commerce and fulfilment for businesses, groups and side-hustles.
One of their cool projects is with Oregon Parks Forever. They offer patches, stickers and hats that feature each State Park in Oregon.

Milwaukie is home to two of the NW Flexspace commercial warehouse and office buildings. We believe Milwaukie is a great location for local business owners because it is centrally located for Portland, Gladstone, Oregon City and the freeway that provides easy access to the entire metro area.
