Ingredients:
• 7oz Salmon
• Trader Joe’s Surimi
• 2 Large Cucumbers
• 75g Edamame
• 125g Jasmine Rice
• Red Onion
• ¼ Avocado (forgot in video)
• Nonfat Greek Yogurt
• Gochujang
• Liquid Aminos
• Garlic Powder
• Paprika
• Salt + Pepper
How to make it:
1. Season salmon with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper
2. Air fry or bake until crispy
3. Chop cucumber, surimi, red onion, and avocado
4. Add rice + edamame
5. Mix Greek yogurt, gochujang, liquid aminos, garlic, and salt
6. Toss everything together
7. Add crispy salmon on top and mix 🔥
TOTAL MACROS (2-3 servings)
