Operation Inflation

April 4th, 2026. Portland ICE Facility.

Every First Saturday of the month, we parter with the faith community to serve hot food for the block - Break Bread to Break Ice.

We will be at the ICE facility for No Kings, as we always are. We will be stocked with gas masks, medical supplies, water, snack... and of course, free inflatable costumes.

We will not let their intimidation take our humanity from us.

Jan. 31st 2026, during the ICE OUT March to the ICE facility, DHS made a critical error: they revealed their hand. With a policy of disencentivizing protest participation, they tear gassed families. In doing so, they exposed their vulnerability to a united population.

We turn our support into the development of resistance infrastructure. The only real political change we're capable of is revolutionary change. That starts with the people, not billionaires, not politicians. It's time we recognize that.

The Portland Frog Brigade, famous for exploiting and commodifying the work of anti-fascist organizers, has partnered with Defiance.org, whose founder, Miles Taylor, helped sell the policy that separated 5,500 children from their families and locked them in cages. Together, they are hosting the "State of the Swamp": a protest-themed watch party of Trump's State of the Union address. Where, if you pay 200 dollars to be a "super attendee", they'll give you an anti-fascist-themed frog costume.
