Jazz Guitars 4 Peace was created in 2014 by Tommy Houston and Tim Morgan as a way to bring their guitar music to Portland proper and the World. Tim and Tommy have been playing guitar together for years and have played with many PDX musicians on many different PDX and NW stages.
