So very pleased and relieved for my client to have her home now sold. For her it has been quite the journey. Not only did it not sell, they had very few showings; one prospective buyer pulled up and left before even going inside.

- 2oz Gin
- 1oz Lemon Juice
- 1/2oz Maraschino Liqueur
- 1/2oz Simple Syrup
