Part/Full-time Cleaner (Lead position)

We need a Lead cleaner who is responsible and can manage a job with other crew members. This person is responsible for making sure the job is completed according to company standards and carries work-issued supplies along with them. This person can also work alone with high standards and detail.

​You must have a driver's license and your own vehicle.

​​Are you ambitious? Do you like to be active? Do you want to listen to music or podcast while working?

We value our employees! We have a monthly "star employee" reward; and we deliver lunch and/or snacks to the crews once a week.

​Experience not required as we provide training to everyone. We specialize in cleaning vacant apartments and rental houses upon move-out. We also provide some common area building cleaning and a little residential house cleaning. This can be a very DIRTY job and is hard work, but we have fun doing it! This is an instant gratification job!

​* Hours - 8:30am until we finish (typically around 3:00pm)

* Monday - Friday position, maybe a rare Saturday but volunteers only.

* Typical hours are 25-35 per week.

* You use your own personal vehicle to get to each job (we do multiple jobs every day) & valid driver's license.

* We offer a gas allowance to help compensate your travel to each job.

* Regular bonuses - most team members get a bonus every pay period.

* We work the Portland Metro area - 35 mile radius from downtown

* No felony charges on a background screening

* You get a workout at work - no need to have a gym membership

Pay range is $16.00 - $16.50/hour. 30-day probationary period with increase included. We offer a generous bonus incentive program. There is opportunity for advancement.

Part/Full-time Cleaner​

We are looking for ambitious people who want to clean - or at least like to work hard. This is an instant gratification job! Experience preferred but not required as we provide training to everyone. We specialize in cleaning vacant apartments and rental houses upon move-out. We also provide some common area building cleaning and a little residential house cleaning. This can be a very DIRTY job and is hard work, but we have fun doing it!​

This is a part-time position. Daytime availability is a must with a typical starting time of 8:30am. The average shift is approximately 4-6 hours. Available hours are Monday through Friday between 8:30am and 3:00pm. Saturday availability on occasion is necessary, but we rarely work on weekends. You must be available AT LEAST 3 days per week (between 8:30am - 3:00pm). We are unable to guarantee a minimum of hours each week but typically employees work between 25-35 hours per week. You must have readily available internet access in order to get your daily work schedule.

You must be able to pass a background criminal screening with no felony charges. You MUST have your own vehicle and it must have a current registration and insurance - absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS! We do offer a flat-rate gas allowance to help compensate with travel. We work throughout the Portland Metro area within a 35-mile radius of downtown.

Pay range is $15.00 - $15.25/hour. 30-day probationary period with increase included. We offer a generous bonus incentive program. There is opportunity for advancement.
