Quick market update!

July numbers are in and inventory is higher than it’s been all year! For buyers, that means there’s a lot to choose from.

On the sell side, prices are starting to trend downward (also great news for buyers) so sellers need to have the property in tip top shape and priced realistically for today’s market (not 2022). I can help!

Houses in the $300k-600k range are in the sweet spot and on average are selling faster than more expensive properties.
