πΏ Strong Communities, Healthy Choices β April 2026
Healthy communities are built on support, awareness, and informed decisions. This April, letβs take time to reflect on how we can create environments that help prevent substance misuse and support well-being for everyone.
Substance use doesnβt just affect individuals, it impacts families, schools, and the entire community. Prevention means creating safe spaces where people feel heard, supported, and empowered to make healthy choices.
At EECRC, we encourage you to:
β Create safe, supportive environments for youth
β Encourage positive activities and healthy routines
β Learn how stress and mental health connect to substance use
β Stay connected with community resources and support systems
Every action, big or small, helps build a stronger, healthier future.
π Explore prevention tools and support through Multnomah County and EECRC community programs.
Stronger connections today lead to healthier communities tomorrow.
