We took this house down to the exterior studs. We rerouted plumbing under the slab and reworked the entire footprint. New heating systems with an ERV and Ditra heat floors, powered almost 100% by the new solar system. New windows, kitchen, siding, bathrooms and floors. New garage with EV chargers and solar battery storage- this house is efficient. And, it looks pretty sexy. Hardscape by Mainely Digs to tie it all together. 🤌🏼

We built this house for Habitat for Humanity Greater Portland. They provide opportunities for people who may otherwise be unable to buy a house.

We were happy to collaborate and build a home for the next recipient.

We pulled this one down to the studs and are in the process of putting it back together. Everything is new except some exterior framing.
