From preconstruction planning and value engineering to workforce connection and schedule management, TCON is proud to be one of the many contractors to help turn funding and initiatives into real homes that strengthen neighborhoods and support economic growth. This month is also important to highlight the skilled tradespeople and project teams whose work helps expand housing access while building resilient communities for future generations. Our team was so excited to break ground on the first phase of the new Boys & Girls Club of Las Cruces! This first phase will lay the foundation for a safe, modern, and inspiring new space where young people can learn, grow, and thrive. We look forward to bringing this important community project to life and contributing to a lasting resource that will serve local Las Cruces families for generations to come.
