Our Trader Trainees recently spent time at a local mill, continuing to build their understanding of the products, processes, and people that make our industry work. The small insights gained through experiences like these often become the knowledge that helps them better navigate markets, support customers, and grow in their careers.

That’s why we believe there’s value in staying close to every part of the supply chain.

This past weekend, the Industrial team showed up outside the office at the Eugene Marathon!

The first week of the new year is officially in the books, and it reflects everything 2025 represented for us.

This past year was about bringing AIFP and AR together—two teams, one roof, one shared purpose. The way our people showed up, collaborated, and committed to making this transition successful speaks volumes about the strength of our organization.

The effort across both teams made this integration seamless, and the foundation built in 2025 has positioned us strongly as we look ahead.
