It’s FABRIKA FRIDAY and we are thrilled to share these beautiful images captured for by !! Get over there Thursday-Monday for PNW oysters, dumplings, Oregon seafood, and cocktails by that will absolutely KNOCK those socks right off your feet!

1: Rhubarb Vodka is here and Jamie is featuring in all the best ways, including the STUNNING Volga Monopoly: Kachka Rhubarb Vodka, strawberry Aperol, and Axta Blanco
2: Yes we’re serving the best of the best seafood ice cold and chilled over here, but let’s talk about another favorite option: FRIED. These are the Fried Oysters, breaded in panko + rye and served with shrimp remoulade (plus a lemon slice because of course!)
3. For the savory seekers, Feta-Tini is the ONE. Bulgarian feta-washed Beefeater gin, sundried tomato Cinzano Bianco, and tomato brine
4. CAVIAR, baby! If you think you don’t like caviar, maybe we can change your mind. We offer a selection of our favorites (at all price points) and each 28 gram option is served with potato chips and cucumber dip
5. $1 Nisqually Sweets on the half shell during oyster happy hour. 4-6pm every night we’re open!

Honey Poached Radishes are inspired by one of Baba Sima’s home remedies and reimagined as a love letter to spring. 🍯🫜

Honey and radishes are poached together, and their liquid is reduced to a sweet and spicy drizzle. Served over whipped fresh sheep’s milk cheese and topped with spring onions, crunchy snap peas, and a buckwheat and flax crumble.

We’re​ kicking off The Summer of Sandwich with a party in the parking in the parking lot of (our distillery bar) with special guest Mason Hereford from New Orleans’ famed sandwich shop !!! Our team’s had fun crossing paths with Mason over the years at events and festivals, and we’ve been cooking up a vodka collaboration... 🥁

Celebrate the release of Caraway Rye Toast Vodka with us! 🍞

Our friends from and will all be joining Bonnie and Mason to make amazing sandwiches!

The team will be serving sandwich-inspired cocktails from featuring the new vodka release alongside New Orleans-inspired slushies and vodka shots. will be pouring their delicious beer, and you can win prizes by filling up BINGO CARDS with all this goodness!

HAPPY RHUBARB VODKA DAY!! 🌸 Our new infusion is officially HERE!

Plan to come and see us to celebrate today - visit for our release party starting at 4pm!! We’ll have a speical rhubarb cocktail menu, tastings and bottle sales up in the loft, take-home recipes, plus a free cocktail glass with every purchase of a bottle. You often ask if we offer anything vegan/vegetarian, and the answer is 1000% YES! 🥕🫜 It’s always best to let your server know of your preference - they will help guide you through the best options at that time and let you know of any specials.

🥔 For lunch, enjoy our farmer’s Tvorog or potato vareniki (vegan without the smetana), the grain bowl, chocolate butter-brod, potato and dill piroshk, and even our egg sandwich hold the pastrami (if you’re an egg eater).

🥒 For dinner, KHOLODNIK is back!!, try our new Wedge Salat without the beef, honey poached radishes, wild onion buterbrod, and even our cabbage rolls can be made vegetarian! Pickles and our bread board (get it with sunflower oil) are available at both lunch and dinner, too.

🍒 Dessert options are all veggie friendly of course, with one perfectly delicious option for our vegan friends - SOUR CHERRY VARENIKI!! Get them with no smetana, and order them fried for an extra special treat.

Looking for the perfect casual lunch plans? Hello!! We got you! Come see us for dumplings, piroshki, the best coupla sandwiches (our egg sammy AND the Red October), salads, bowls, CAVIAR, and cocktails if you want em!! 

This is our Steelhead Buterbrod - aka our version of bagels and lox. Cold smoked steelhead with a schmear of farmer’s cheese,  plus radish and sprouts on  toasted light rye. EVERY DAY 11-2!

Happy FABRIKA FRIDAY! 🍸🦪 Have you been to our beloved distillery and bar  yet?! If not, let’s make this weekend THE weekend! Located just up the way off of NE Sandy (NE Oregon, to be exact) and 20th, here’s a little look at what’s happening over there lately:

1. SEAFOOD TOWERS!! A sampling of our seasonal seafood dishes, made to share and pair with an ice cold martini (or two)
2. ON THE MENU this week - Baked Oysters! Pearl Point oysters baked with pepita adjika butter and rye breadcrumbs. YUM!
3. LATE NIGHT HAPPY HOUR is every Friday and Saturday, 9-close! Enjoy $10 bites and $5 drinks (our Siberian Slammer and Truth Serum shots shown here!)
4. We’ve been up to our elbows in RHUBARB!! Because...
5. Our RHUBARB VODKA launches next week, and we’d love for you to celebrate with us! We’re partying at  THURSDAY, MAY 21 with a special rhubarb cocktail menu! Bottle sales and tastings! Take home cocktail recipes so you can use your bottle for good! Plus our regular happy hour and dinner menus, too. 😊
