You should learn from every single experience - and never stop. Hit a couple of roadblocks in today's VTOL session, but learned some key things in the process (and the new camera worked as hoped for on the aircraft for the first time). I've spent a lot of time this year observing how adults learn different skills in different ways, including myself, and the common thread is to never give up :-)
