Bought two DBX 160xt and installed successfully the Cinamag transformer on them yesterday. It has a much better low end response now. Great drum compressors!!!

The Fairchild 670 is one of kind equipment that is a big part of the music history. I never had a opportunity to use a original one but I used in a plug in format many times. Never in my mind I thought I would be able to have and afford one. I guess I would prefere to buy a house instead hahah

Super excited I got to build my first microphone (U47 clone) with parts from from France and Beesneez K7 capsule. I also built a 26db stereo mic booster for ribbons and dynamic mics from in the same day. They both came out great and the mic sounds awesome. Very satisfying to be able to star building my own gear🙏🏽

Had a great time in a VO session for the 20th Century Fox Television new animated show recording Frankie Quiñones as one of their characters.

I was really happy how my new acquired aluminum drum kit by was sounding too. Thanks for helping me dial a bit more that drum set. I got it used and apparently this was one of their first prototype kits and needed a bit extra care. Love how it worked for this session.

Wow just replaced the reissued Mullard 12Ax7 tube on my ADK Z-mod 67 with a NOS Communications Military grade RCA 565/wa from the 60s hand picked by Christian Whitmore at Pro Audio Tubes and couldn’t be happier. The difference was really night and day. The funny thing is that I already loved that mic more than any other mic that I tried (besides the z-251 which is also a beast on its own). But now it’s just incredible. Shout out for Larry for hooking me up with this amazing mics and Christian for helping me with new tube. Just wow!!!!!
