Kids Need Clay is a systematic approach...

Here’s to art classrooms where kids feel safe to experiment, make messes, try new things, and let their creativity lead the way. 💛

Wonderful sign reposted from Amanda Danger Youngblood—original post below.

Really happy with how this came out! I love hand-lettered signage for my classroom.

I thought for several days, making notes and scribbling down ideas for what type of classroom tone I want to set for my middle school art students.

Most importantly, I want them to know that in my room, they are allowed to be creative. And that there are expectations within that, not only set by me but what they should want for themselves.

I wrote all this myself. From my own brain. No external help - no AyeEye prompts. We are fully capable of thinking for ourselves.
