Future bar hours Starting today.

The fish and chip shop is now Future Bar. The hours are more regular, soon to be posted. We have bought back some popular items like scotch eggs and fish combos etc as well as adding new items new menu will soon be posted. Stay tuned for details.

THIS NOTICE IS IN RESPECT TO THE SHOWS WE DO AT THE TARDIS ROOM AND HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH REGULAR BUSINESS.
We will be changing the way we do our shows at the TARDIS room. We will now be running our own door and paying bands contingent upon their fan crowd. We will also be offering concessions to the band members. I have heard a lot of complaints about bands not being treated right and as the owner I will be looking into this and making changes as needed. That being said I must say that as a venue that has been very open to every kind of genre when it comes to music and we, as a restaurant (yes we are a restaurant not a bar as misconceived by most people) have been disrespected by a lot of our event customers. People just bring in their own food and drink like we are only here to serve your prima donna needs. We are a business and for us to continue to offer you a place to express yourselves you need to understand give and take not just take. Cooks and servers need to be paid to cook and serve and not to just clean up your outside mess(mostly underage shows, please grow up). Also don’t believe everything you hear about the TARDIS room because there are a lot of spoiled brats out there that when they don’t get their own way they like to cry wolf and put down this place. We are one of the few remaining venues that offer all ages shows and we have even extended our minor posting until 10pm. We will be making one last effort to make the TARDIS room a GREAT music venue for ALL artists to freely express themselves but in return we expect our customers, your fans to do their part. If this partnership cannot be achieved I will use the back of the restaurant as a production facility for popsicles and ice cream sandwiches and discontinue live music shows which will in return make me a lot more money than it is currently doing as a restaurant/music venue.
