The program is located at the McCoy Building in front of the Union Station. The STD Clinic is located at 619 NW 6TH Ave 2nd Floor Portland OR 97209. The STD Clinic provides evaluation and treatment of s*xually transmitted diseases (this can include a confidential HIV test).
