Exciting day on the farm! 90 gift baskets done! And, work begins on a new and improved culvert for our sloping property which will increase the planting area and create one more pasture for rotating livestock. Big moves for our plans for continued development to bring you closer to your food source! Happy Holidays!

First “hunt” of the season. Decent enough for a couple dinners. Cascades need more rain, it will be a race against the frost at elevation, but promising weather ahead. Next “hunt” we’ll head to the coast range.

Well it looks like Tuesday will be our last dine in service for at least four weeks. I have furloughed my staff (again) and to be honest, we will need your help in the weeks to come. will be cooking a take out menu Tuesday- Saturday (Wednesday this week😜) as well as Thanksgiving Dinner.
