I’ve never been good at long speeches (or short ones), so I’ll just say…Thanks for 20 years Portland.
This weekend will be our final services at Acadia Bistro. It’s been a pleasure cooking for you these past two decades.
Thank you to everyone who has ever dined with us, and drank with us, and an especially big, GIGANTIC “Thank You!” 🙏 to everyone who’s ever worked here with me. Or for me. Thanks for helping make this place feel like home.

Friends…Our hearts have been heavy for the past few weeks, as we’ve learned of the passing of two of our Acadia-Family members.

Our Acadia Family wishes all the love and comfort to their loved ones in these sad times.
It’s also given us time to reflect life, health, and on the current Covid situation in our City…
Friends, In an effort to keep our staff, and our guests safe, we will be closing our dining room tonight.

Well Friends, our 2021 is coming to a close with more unfortunate news… One of our team members has tested positive for Covid and we will be closed for the remainder of the year. At least.
2022’s really gonna come through for us though…
