Arigatone

Last nights seatings were such a blast!
Thank you to everyone who came out and dined with us, we hope you enjoyed it as much as we did. And a huge thank you to Chris and Jenny, and everyone from The American Local, for letting us use your space and lending your hands and support.
We are planning on having our next event around the end of November, so we will keep you posted about that.

The first night of Arigatone is quickly approaching and seats are filling up! There are only a couple seats left at 6pm and a bit left at the 9pm seating. Be sure to make your reservations before they are both booked up! Call American Local for reservations (503) 954-2687

Hello! We're getting very excited for the first night of Arigatone. Here are some of the dishes that will be on the menu for the 26th:

Uni with melon and fermented peppers

Asian pear salad with pickled shiitake, hijiki, and radish

Beef carpaccio with goats milk creme and fermented onion relish

Cured tuna loin, shiso salt, and pickled beans

Shio koji cured trout with black sesame, shiso pesto, and cucumber salad

Live scallop and prosciutto crudo with fresh strawberries and basil

Dessert

Fresh peaches in fermented honey cream and preserved orange

Hello everyone!
Let me introduce you to Arigatone, a brand new all raw fish and veggie menu, created by Zak Ragghianti and hosted by The American Local.
We plan to have this event once a month on a Monday evening. The first one will be Monday September 26th and will consist of two seatings; one at 6pm and one at 9pm. There will only be ten seats available for both seatings and seats will be by reservation only.
