The reincarnation of Outcider LLC, Swift carries forward the same dedication to fresh-pressed apples, wholesome local ingredients, slow-and-cold fermentation, wild yeasts, and intensely delicious flavor. Aidan Currie is the head-cider maker, founding owner, and obsessive fermentation sage. Aidan's small batch blends will begin releasing in the summer of 2014. Identified by a Volume number and flavor description, each batch is one of a kind and truly handcrafted. We encourage you to try each Volume and experience the incredible organoleptic spectrum of locally made hard cider.
