Move-in ready homes attract strong interest—but flexibility still has value. Some buyers love a blank slate to make their own. Understanding your buyer pool helps guide smart decisions.

Happy spring!
Life lately has been a fun mix of adventure and everyday pleasures—getting our sailboat ready for the 50th NW Pacific Offshore race from Astoria to Victoria this May, enjoying some great TV, plenty of Dungeness crab, and cheering on family at Grant High as they head into the state basketball playoffs.
Spring is starting to show up around Portland too, with cherry blossoms blooming along the waterfront and the return of the Portland Thorns FC season.
📊 Portland Market Update: The market is staying active—especially on the east side—with multiple offers and buyers trying to get ahead of school redistricting. Inventory is improving, but prices are holding steady.
If you’ve been thinking about making a move—or just want to catch up over a patio cocktail—I’d love to connect!
