I 100% agree with this article. Nannying is about being a team and working together, not making it all about yourself!

Fun story from a babysitting gig tonight:
2 year old girl is currently potty training, and she's getting very good at it! Tonight, she ran to her training potty, went p*e, and got very excited to hear the music play when it hit the sensor. She got so excited about the process of using the training potty that she wanted to try to empty the chamber herself, before I even had a chance to help her. Everything was in slow motion for a moment as the chamber tipped from her tiny hands and spilled p*e all over the floor.
I'm letting this be a lesson to myself that sometimes you just have to embrace the mishaps and roll with whatever life throws at you. :)
