I have been very fortunate to serve the public since 1990, in both volunteer and career capacities, in many different areas, including Fire/EMS, Haz-Mat, Media Relations, Planning, and Exercise Development. I now feel the need to give some of my training, education and experience back, by starting keepMEprepared.

This Maine based company is meant to help people prepare and train for unexpected events. My goal is to increase awareness and provide training, education and planning to keep people in Maine safer.

Our company offers classes such as CPR, fire extinguishers, bloodborne pathogens haz-mat awareness, and customizable workplace safety programs. We also review and develop emergency plans, assist with risk assessment and policy development, and design and deliver exercises and training.
