For those of you that think we will return to ,"normal" anytime soon, you will be disappointed. Plan for this virus to be with us forever....but may not as threating as right now.

Well most of you now know how many of our seniors feel about being shut in.....companionship is important. Remember, caregivers more than taking care of your physical needs, they also help with the emotional ones. It is our belief that exercise and socialization are the 2 more important things for a long life. Remember.....visiting your loved ones is part of their care.....and care we can also offer.
