💥🦸 Science Meets Creativity at Cathedral School!

Our 8th graders recently illustrated Newton’s Laws of Motion by creating their own comic strips! Using storytelling and artwork, students showed how concepts like inertia, force, and action-reaction play out in everyday life.

One of our students’ favorite traditions is our Buddy Program, where older students are paired with younger buddies to build friendships, grow in faith, and learn from one another throughout the school year.

From reading together and attending Mass to celebrating special events and exploring on field trips, our buddies create lasting connections that foster leadership, kindness, and confidence. Our youngest students gain a trusted role model, while our older students develop compassion and leadership skills that last a lifetime.

🫀🫁 Learning comes to life in Middle School PE!

Our students explored the human body by working in teams to research different body systems, create life-sized diagrams, and teach their classmates how each system works. Through collaboration, creativity, and hands-on learning, they gain a deeper understanding of how the body functions and how physical activity supports overall health.

At Cathedral School, learning extends beyond the textbook, helping students build knowledge, confidence, communication skills, and teamwork in every classroom.

💙 At Cathedral School, service is more than something we do- it’s part of who we are.

Each month, our entire school community comes together to support a local nonprofit through an all-school service project. Every grade has the opportunity to lead, taking ownership of the project by researching the organization, creating marketing materials, visiting classrooms to share its mission, and inspiring fellow students to get involved.

Our students learn that even small acts of kindness can make a meaningful difference. Through these hands-on experiences, Cathedral students grow as compassionate leaders, living out their faith by serving others with generosity and joy.

🦁🐘 A day at the zoo was even more special with our buddy program!

Our 8th graders and their Kindergarten buddies enjoyed an unforgettable trip to the zoo together, exploring exhibits, learning about animals, and making memories along the way.

The buddy program is one of the many traditions that makes Cathedral School so special, fostering leadership, friendship, and a strong sense of community across every grade level.
