Grateful for a fantastic First Friday at last night 😊

Loved collaborating with to bring together my coloring book collection, including my newest book The Curious Coyote, with her hand-cut, painted originals inspired by the same natural scenes.

This showcase is inspired by the fact that Art is Good for Us: looking at it, making it, and being surrounded by it. Thanks to everyone who came out and took part, and special shoutout to DJ Ayatollah for bringing the beats all night 🎶🎨🌿

Setting up my first ever 35mm Film Photography showcase! The show is titled "PDX in 35mm" and features 19 of my favorite photographs taken this year and printed by hand in my home studio. If you're in the area, I'd love for you to come check it out!

Opening event: First Friday at Sevigny Studio PDX
December 6th from 6 - 9pm (wine and snacks provided)

After that, the show will be up in the gallery all month!
This art collection is part of a new and ongoing project I've been working on, which is called Studio of Artistic Reflections (SOAR cinema for short). Working with film has pushed me creatively and motivated me to get out and explore our beautiful city, while also helping me slow down and pay more attention to the present moment.

Hard to believe I released Journey of Colors 5 years ago! Making my own books and turning my art expertise into an educational art experience for others to enjoy has been quite the journey.
