We used Bob's Red Mill's gluten-free 1:1 flour blend in our original recipes before we created our own unique blend. We felt good about supporting a local Portland, Oregon business with high quality standards, and trusted their products. Bob Moore was a great man and an amazing CEO who will be missed by many.

February is National Black History Month, an especially good time to reflect on the past and how much change has occurred.
