January housing numbers are in and both Inventory and Total Market Time increased from the prior month. Compared to January of last year - new listings were down in both markets. The average sales price in Portland Metro lands at $568,000; Lane County is at $442,800.

December housing numbers are out for Lane County and Portland Metro. Active Listings and Closed Sales were up compared to December of last year.

The median sale price in Lane County is $439,000 and $535,000 in the Portland Metro area.

October Market Stats are out! The average sales price decreased from last month in both Lane County and Portland markets. Down -2.8% (Lane) and -1.8% (PDX).

New listings, and pending sales were also down while closed sales figures were mixed in each market.
