Mini Blinds

We have been hanging out in the garden since our last stint of shows. If you weren’t able to catch us last month and you want to snag one of our shirts by Grilka Press we will be Swan Dive Portland on August 28th. The shirt design is from our upcoming album “Am I Here” that comes out in November. The image is a stuffed turtle representing the slow and steady pace it took for us to finish the album. The turtle was given to me as a preemie newborn in the hospital, it has been with me all my life.

On August 28th we will be joined by our friends from Seattle Radio School and our friends from Portland Whisper Hiss

Our next show is definitely going to be like a 90s alt revival. We can’t wait to be sharing the stage with Whisper Hiss and Radio School at one of our favorite venues in Portland Swan Dive Portland

The month has just begun. We are stoked to tell you about what we have in store for July. On the 22nd we will be playing our first show in Seattle since 2019 with and at and on the 24th we will be playing in Portland at with and Samuel Globule ( from Shannon and the Clams). We are also hoping to have our first single from our up coming album out in the next few weeks. So many things happening. Keep your ears peeled.

Lots of things happening in the Mini Blinds world right now. We have a show this Friday, our first one since January. Come check us out with .pleasure and paper/upper\cuts. Doors at 8/ music at 8:30. We are also excited to announce that we have reached the point in the album production and recording journey when it gets sent to get mastered. Finally. We also basically have enough new songs to record another one right now. Woohoo. Leave us album title ideas in the comments. The album is about grief and work related injuries.

We are putting the final touches on our album and should have a single out for you in the next few months…. In the meantime we are participating in this really IMPORTANT show that set up for one of our best friends Joel of because his sweet angel pup Frankie has been sick for a while and vets are not cheap. So let’s do the only thing we know how to do to raise money and throw a show. Come out and see some fun bands Street Nights and The Naked Mole Rats and us. We will have a new song for you all. It’s at ,obviously, do we play anywhere else?
