With a couple of warmish days and the sun making appearance, it feels like Spring is right around the corner. You’ll get the spring vibes all around the store with growing kits, floral scented soaps, rose tea, tulips and the beginnings of spring produce and so much more!

10 years of Providore, 43 years of Pastaworks. Two generations of family ownership, countless bottles of wine sold, rounds of Parmesan broken down, slices of focaccia devoured, pounds of fresh pasta made by hand. There are generations of families who have grown up in the stores, with memories that get embedded for a lifetime: holidays spent at the store (often in the endless, but festive lines), candy doled out at the register, wandering the aisles discovering something new to cook with. We are a book that has many volumes, with many more to be written. Thank you for all that you give to us everyday: your love of good food, small businesses and for our city, no matter how imperfectly perfect it is. Here’s to another 10 years!

Yes, Valentine is six days away, but no need to panic about what gesture of love to bestow upon your love, as we have an idea for you: join us for Oysters + Sparkling Wine this Friday the 13th from 4-6:30pm (or until we sell out).

The Two X Sea team will be shucking oysters in the wine room sold by the half dozen ($18) or the dozen ($36) with a seasonal mignonette + hot sauce, and the bubbles will be flowing by the glass or the bottle.

This Valentine’s Eve event is first come, first served so we suggest showing up early to snag a table!
