The photos speak for themselves, but if we had to add a few words, we’d talk about how special it was to see this beautiful awards hall filled with our Factory 3 family. Still thinking about our Factory 3 Makers Market... A huge thank you to all our makers who wore their art on their sleeve by displaying and selling their work. Thank you to everyone who took a chance and showed up, whether to find the perfect candlestick or hand-woven wool scarf, or just to show their support (and get some cider). We look forward to continuing to host these community events in 2026.

Looking back on last year, we here at Factory 3 feel grateful for everything that’s come our way. In 2025, we launched 13 new classes, made the front page of the Portland Press Herald, and were nominated for and won the Small Business of the Year award through the City of Portland. Also, did we mention that we had quite a smashing after-party? We owe it all to you! Thank you for being with us through thick and thin—we’re excited to make new memories this year.

The new year has us here at factory 3 reminiscing. Did you know that alongside our 60+ classes, wood shop, metal shop, fiber area, tech area, and open community space we also host events like this open mic?
