Last week, my buyers and I were able to put together a strategic offer that came out on top of three others for this whimsical 1935 stucco Bungalow.
We made offers on other a couple other homes previously that weren't accepted but they agree this is hands down the best of them all!
We're working through the inspections now and hopefully on to the appraisal process next week!
I can't wait to hand them keys to their first home! 🏡 🗝
