Oh hey internet, it's been a minute. Not much is new here, just slingin pies in the summer sun like we do. The boss's phone camera broke so we went to great lengths to take this so-so picture of our decidedly NOT so-so Corn & Green Chile Pie! It's got fresh sweet corn, roasted green chile & red onion, radish, a swirl of cilantro-lime aioli, all finally topped with a dash of concoction we're calling Tajin-spiked fairy dust, which contains nuts. It's pretty tasty if we do say so ourselves. That's all, hope you're well ๐๐ค

๐ฃ Alert! ๐ฃ Just prepped up what seems like the last of the Washington asparagus for this season, so come grab an asparagus pie this week, or it'll be 10 months til we have more.

Oh hey, it's New Special time: this one's a love letter to one of the finest snack foods in all the world, the potato samosa. It's got spiced potatoes and green peas, mozzarella, with cilantro chutney and tamarind chutney swirled over top.
An appropriate warmer-upper on these wintery days, no?

Wow. What a day. Would you believe me if I told you that our van was found by a former Pizza Creature manager? And then driven away by a dude with a knife while some friends were on their way to reclaim it? Then spotted again mere blocks away, and towed by the cops because of a punched ignition, but not before our friends rescued what pizza boxes they could from the back? All while I (Pizza Creature owner Mike here ๐ hello) am not even in the state? All true. A wild ride. Thanks a million to everyone who helped spread the word and bring Vanny back so quickly.

No lunch on Sunday this week friends, we'll be here from 4 to 8. But we just learned that our pals next door at are closing up shop soon, and they're open at noon so ๐ฅboom there's your lunch option. Their vegan burger is so dang good.

Summer's finally over, and y'know how we know? This delicata squash & sage pie told us so. ๐๐๐ That's right! It's back! And we added some candied walnuts this year, cuz why not? We should have it on special for some weeks.

Radicchio Salad special is back! Local organic radicchio from , house Caesar dressing, sliced castelvetrano olives, bread crumbs, and a sprinkling of romano cheese. Leave off the romano and it's vegan! ๐ฅ Kaboom.

Oh hello there we got some beautiful Jimmy Nardello sweet peppers from so we ๐ทjazzed up๐ some Beyond Sausage for this Sausage & Pepper special.
It also has red sauce, mozz, and some roasted red onions, and of courrrrse we can make it vegan. ๐๐ฑ๐ฟ

Open 6 to 10 tonight, so you can enjoy your pizza in slightly more tolerable temps once the sun goes down. Rumor has it will be open till 10 as well. We'll have these watermelon-basil aguas frescas while supplies last.
