Especially during your long work day, aim for moving your body around and stretching for 3-5 minutes EVERYπŸ‘πŸ½ HOUR! πŸ‘πŸ½
Trust me, your body will be much happier at the end of the day if you do. πŸ™†πŸ½β€β™€οΈ

These are the questions we need to be asking our local governments.
But here's what I've learned from doing my own research and what I've discovered being plant based for 6 years.

1.Government subsidies (financial aid) are given to agriculture productions and the main crops funded between 1995-2010 were corn, soybeans, wheat, rice, sorghum, milk and meat.

2. The top 10 sources of calories in the US diet at this time were...
Cakes, Cookies, Doughnuts, Granola
Breads
Chicken dishes
Soda, Energy and Sports drinks
Pizza
Alcohol
Pasta
Tortillas, burritos, tacos
Beef dishes
Dairy desserts
Chips
Burgers

The whole reason it started was to support struggling farmers.... and it's so sad and disappointing now that it's come to this.

Is it starting to make sense now?....

These subsidies are damaging to our health and increase chronic illness and disease.

These subsidies keep our countries medical bills expensive.

Taxpayers (YOU) are paying for the privilege of making and keeping our country sick.

🚫Lift your leg too high

🧠Moving slowly and controlled
πŸ’¨Your breath!

Try adding this simple and effective exercise into your warm up next time you workout! πŸ˜€

Even if your workout today is simply going for a walk, at least your MOVING!! πŸšΆπŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ
Life can be so overwhelming sometimes, your fitness doesn't have to be! πŸ‹πŸ½β€β™€οΈ
Do some squats next time you stand up, do some push ups on the counter when your in the kitchen next, take a break from your phone and do a plank for as long as you CAN! πŸ’₯πŸ’₯πŸ’₯
Now do it 3 more times today!!
Keep it simple and move with PURPOSE. πŸ†
